Methinks it certainly had something to do with Iran. Working with only the information available to the general public, it seems like Trump was trying to show them his plan to withdraw from Syria isn't just him tucking his tail between his legs. All the reports suggest it was a very small scale, surgically precise strike with lots of intel behind it. Q's post from the previous day said "intel good", after all. Apparently they took great pains to ensure no Russian or Iranian military personnel or civilians would be harmed, which is exactly what you want to do if you want to make a show of force without starting a war. Hopefully soon Q will fill us in on whatever we're missing.

Think about the strike:

1. Almost no casualties = rigged event.

2. Who carried out the strike?

3. Which red carpet event happened after strike.

4. What are the implications down the line in Eur/WW of said alliance.

5. Russia gets to save face (internal win)

6. PR event shows world prompt response against NBC weapons/use and has children hurt on tv.
