Soddy Daisy TN Police Chief Jeff Gann resigned and did not release reason. This occurred the same day a fellow officer was laid to rest after his wife shot and killed him during a domestic argument. The slain officer had domestic conviction on his record. Police chief would accept calls for help through dispatch from wife and refused to allow police to respond. Wife in jail on murder charges. Needs added to resignation list.
