Unfortunately, POTUS doesn't understand "shall not be infringed" either:

"I support strong background checks"

"I support red flag laws, take the guns first, due process second"

"I support raising the age to 21"

"We're going to ban the bumpstock"

These do not support Trump's stated support for the 2nd amendment OR the God-given right for individuals to defend themselves OR freedom from a nanny state.

He is acting like a STATIST, just like most other politicians.
