Facebook says it can locate users who opt out of tracking
http://archive.md/4CIJw
https://news.yahoo.com/facebook-says-locate-users-opt-tracking-032431090.html
First off anyone who uses Facebook for anything personal is dumber than a bunch of rocks, that aside!
EASY SOLUTIONS [START CRINGING GOVT-SHILLS!]:
1) Start using a private VPN, download & start connecting to Tor.
[ torproject.org/ + torrentfreak.com/which-vpn-services-keep-you-anonymous-in-2019 ]
2) Go to about:config in Tor's url bar, press Enter, press 'I accept the risk!'
3) Disable webgl, webgl2 and webrtc and remove any urls associated to these protocols
[ you can learn all this @ privacytools.io/classic/ + other online tutorials all over the web ]
4) Disable telemetry and remove any urls associated to telemetry services
[ you can learn all this @ askvg.com/tip-disable-telemetry-and-data-collection-in-mozilla-firefox-quantum ]
5) Make sure you have HTTPS Everywhere, Noscript and Chameleon add-ons installed
[ HTTPS Everywhere encrypts website traffic ]
[ Noscript blocks *most* third party scripts ]
[ Chameleon can spoof tons of browser metadata with many more privacy settings if used correctly ]
6) Now visit browserleaks.com/ & do all web browser tests
[ IP should be spoofed ]
[ Browser Agent, GET requests & IP Referers should be spoofed ]
[ WebGL & WebGL2 should be disabled, not comply ]
[ WebRTC should be disabled, not comply ]
[ Location API should not work / Geolocation & most other APIs should show up false ]
OK Done! You are not so easily tracked anymore.
If you use Bleachbit and manually customize it to wipe the sqlite files like cookies.sqlite and places.sqlite hidden deep within your Tor browser directory you'll be nearly impossible to track!!
[ \Desktop\Tor Browser\Browser\TorBrowser\Data\Browser\profile.default\… ]
HA HA HA!

Never said anyone here did. My point was to cut to the chase and provide some solutions for blocking and defeating web tracking in real-time. Go ahead and read my comment in the OP. I have tested this out and have vetted this process and it just works very well. Notice how my IDs here keep changing? I'm not even switching IPs bro, that's the metadata spoofing in my browser lol. And ANYONE can learn to do the same if given the right info. ;)

It's good info for newfags but changing your post id isn't always great for some threads here

The IDs change but not by manual intervention on my behalf, the IDs change because of the spoofing add-on I have installed which spoofs the Browser Agent, GET requests and IP Referers every other minute. So the server gets confused what is actually connected to the site.

There's no rule against IP hopping. You're telling us to call the cops when no crime has been committed. You know what is against the rules, though? Spam. You're spamming. Stop it.

Again, I'm not even hopping IPs lol. Its my automated browser spoofer, and it is completely legal. Check Mozilla, you can get it for FREE.

What rule? There is no board or global rule against IP hopping. As a matter of fact, the owner of the site actively encourages the use of VPNs and Tor.

Fun fact: did you know since the Snowden leaks people found out there were ways governments could spy on you WITHOUT tracking your IP address at all? It's called browser metadata, all of which can legally be spoofed by anyone. That's where programmers got the idea to make browser agent spoofers! No need to hop IPs just to confuse servers or change profiles anymore.

There are some good VPNs out there, depending which ones you choose. You should not just rely on a VPN though. Using Tor as well helps a lot, along with other ways to spoof metadata while on the internet. Also depends on the browser you use and whether you have WebGL/WebRTC enabled (those can leak your real IP address if enabled). about:config tweaking can help fortify/secure browsers a lot.
Not using what is openly available to encrypt and secure your identity any means necessary is just dumb unless you like Big Tech-Govt being able to probe everything you do on the clearnet.

Yeah, but if you're a Facebook user, you've signed up for an account. No matter what your IP is or how many proxies you hide behind, you don't get to use Facebook unless you login. The single best way to not be tracked by facebook is to never use facebook.

Facebook and other Big Tech companies have scripts embedded in most popular sites you visit. It really does not matter if you do not use them at all, they still are siphoning your browser data on the fly. Again, being behind encrypted VPN proxies and/or Tor will help. Having something like Noscript helps too, depending how it is configured. Not only do I use a VPN and Tor, I also block their scripts while browsing the internet and have automated metadata spoofing that injects false data to the servers I connect to while online.

Just don't use facebook at all and get your family off of it or use alternatives to communicate. Most family members already have some alternative means.

Instead of using social media to talk about things that you like/believe in/whatever, make a webpage on neocities or host one somehow. Contact people through e-mail, IRC and other established standards so that you aren't relying on some semitic social media platform or something like discord. Its pretty easy.

This. You shouldn't log into anything that you normally use or is attached to your real identity while using tor because that defeats the purpose.
