Remember, Antifa can assault you or drive a car through a crowd of people they disagree with, and nothing happens; but if you fight back, the book is thrown at you and prosecutors will probably threaten you with the death penalty if you don't take a plea deal. Also remember they tried charging Agustus Invictus for kidnapping when he was moving and had his wife follow him in a separate car. Under HR4187, they'd probably have called it domestic terrorism and tried throwing him in jail for life. Why was he targeted? because he spoke at a rally, he's a political dissident.
The language of this bill is very troubling.
<Whoever wants to influence a civilian population or retaliate against the policy or conduct of a government assaults any person (will include self defense if you're white/populist/conservative) or "damages" any structure or real or personal property (again, ANTIFA is never prosecuted for their crimes in this regard, but FBI investigates IOTBW flyers).
I'm sure they'd call IOTBW flyers terrorism as well, putting up flyers. They've already had the FBI investigating it almost every time they go up and it's a first amendment protected right. It wouldn't be a stretch to expect the jewdicial system to call flyers they disagree with "damages". Not that I'm saying anyone should stop harmless 1A protected rights like putting up flyers, just pointing out how they're likely going to persecute you for it.
