Grouping people has its uses. Biomedical science groups people by race since different diseases and aliments affect different ethnic and racial groups. Minnesota Transracial Adoption study already has the answer to this question, you get a slight boost in IQ but then revert to the average as the Wilson Effect kicks in around 18 (read the follow up data on the study which people conveniently ignore). A high iq child raised in a black home will likely have a reduction in IQ since it's not 100% genetic but will obviously be much higher than any other black in the family that took him in.

I still believe that given enough time blacks can be just as smart as other races. The main problem lies in the fact that for centuries their culture did not dictate much intelligence, just being able to run fast and not get scorched. Those traits are so ingrained in their genetics that it will take generations for it to be bred out. There are still several examples of smart blacks (Malcolm X, MLK, Obongo) that, while you may not agree with their personal policies or opinions, do display some level of intelligence, proving that is it possible.

Many blacks are still acting like niggers because society lets them. They have no incentive to learn when they can just live off of handouts forever. Because they're also not in a harsh, demanding environment anymore, they have no excuse to exercise and can just get morbidly obese with no repercussions. I would be more comfortable trying to help black on a much smaller scale, even in my own neighborhood where there's bound to be at least one who's willing to listen.
