Help me the fuck out /nofap/.

In the past 3 month I tried nofap several times and every time I relapsed because of the pain down there, it felt like needles inside, it goes away for a few days after I ejaculate. It never happened when I tried nofap in my early teens, I'm 19 y.o. now and decided to stop fapping again. Haven't seen porn in years so I don't know what might be the cause.

It could be a problem with your underwear/trousers tbh. if you're not already, try wearing loose fitting boxers and jeans/joggers and see if the pain goes away. If not, go to a doctor man, that's probably not good
