Quiting porn has actually made my anxiety noticeably worse, but that's just me. It's probably good in the long run though if you have been using porn as a cruch to deal with psyfhological issues.

Absolutely helps, take it from someone with OCD. Pure Nofap (no porn, no masturbation) helps with confidence and happiness in life, and that helps with anxiety considerably.
