Start small and work your way up. If you're fapping daily, or God forbid multiple times daily- try not to do it for a day. Good job! Once you can go a day, try to go afew days… then try to go a week. Then two weeks… then a month. This worked pretty well for me and helped prevent burnout.
Coldturkey is also a good option but imo makes you more likely to relapse and binge-fap which is worse than steadily mitigating the bad habit.
