But about 1 month ago i endure a little thing: i fap only once each seven days.

Maybe is shit for you but is a great goal for an addict like me.

But i have little questions about some side effects of this:

My dick is more sensible, so when i have sex with gf, i came easy than before. Even when i can recovery faster than before and cum lots of semen more times than before, the dick stays more sensible. I think that you get less sensitive to sex when you beat off often because it's kind of like working out a muscle. we (me and gf) don't meet to often in a month because distance (when we were students we lived near almost in the same city), just about 7 to 10 days in an entire month. so i have truly chances to get nofapper. indeed, i could last about 10 days with no fap and almost no porn, while i consider myself an addict to that combo.

so, when we meet and i sense sex it's a possible thing, i beat my meat several times (2 to 5 in row) in order to get less sensitive as you say, and keep some performance. when we are far away, i got nofapper again.

I think that nofap is about making you push to really gain control over your sexuality, making it about going after a woman that you'll make your wife and put kids in her if you like.

Beating off, at all, is like cheating yourself when you could be really taking it to your woman.
