I can't see how that would help, imo the mere fact you're there could be interpreted as more interest and encourage more investment into the site, making the problem worse
even if you watch porn without ads its still bad, since they know your opinion and others, they will optimize their porn offerings to maximize the dopamine high.
it's obvious that much of the higher quality porn on pornhub is made by studios advertising there. They're ads for pay sites and that's probably where much of their money comes from in this age of ad blockers
