I suffer from similar problems. Your anatomy doesn't look super out of whack outside of your hands just looking a bit funky. Your sketch looks a bit better because it's it's more free and loose. Trying to do the line art has you drawing kind of "like you have a stick up your ass" so it's best for now to let yourself be loose. If you want tips for improving line art try drawing with JUST a ballpoint pen in your sketchbook for awhile. This forces you to be more confident and decisive in your lines and that will carry over when you actually do line art.
Otherwise I love the sketch more than the finished product.
