i coulda sworn i saw a few mods for a flame atronach companion years and years ago, although i forget if that was for oblivion or skyman.

we need more cute elementals in general.

Not to my knowledge, but knowing the nature of Skyrim's mod community, it wouldn't be /monster/ approved. There is some truly vile smut available to those who seek it.

I've found myself enjoying "M'rissi's Tails of Trouble" despite its rather corny dialogue. You save a de-furred Khajiit from FUCKING ELVES, help her regain her memory, and tender a lovely, cheesy romance with her, leading into marriage and a honeymoon.

The voice acting may have to grow on you but even if it doesn't you get an item towards the end of the mod that lets you turn it off. There's also a second option for VA you get when installing, but I haven't tried that and I don't know what it sounds like.

I wish there were more vanilla monster girl romance mods like this out there but this is all I've found.
