Well a way in my opinion to include the monster girls would be as some kind of Abhuman each different species like Angels, beastman, undead made to work together with a chapter or work something specific. Undeads could be a alternative to what happens to a sororitas after it dies serving the empire. Stuff like centaurs, werewolfs, etc could be something like a further genetic experiment on Beastman were they were able to further expand on the human side while keeping benefits like enhanced strength and endurance from the original beastman. Angels could be used for the Blood Angels or you could make them what happens if sororita were to take the process to become a grey knight, demons I don't know how to work them out, maybe something like humans psykers who evolved to better draw from the warp while having a innate resistance to his side effect but in the process they ended taking a appearance similar to the daemons and having some of their mannerisms thats why some may be more lustful (Slaneesh), liking some rough play (Khorne), being a witty cunt (Tzeech) or being chill about dying for the emprah (Nurgle). I don't know just throwing some ideas anyone got smoething better?

Some faggot over on 4chan's quest boards did like Khornette quest. I'd read up on that to see what's acceptable for "Monstergirl" like 40k stuff.

And let's be real, you can totally do Monstergirl stuff in the 40k universe out in the fringes. They'd be classified as mutants at worst, abhumans at best, but there's plenty of ways to make this shit work within the framework of 40k.

You just won't be doing so alongside non-heretic space marines or imperial guard. Everything else is pretty fair game and would make a great "Rogue Trader" or "Dark Heresy" style game either under a radial Inquistor (Which you very well could be as the MC and would work quite well. Or as a captain of a Rouge Trader ship.)
