Supposing one leads to the other and it's a chicken or egg type of question, I'd go with monster girls. I don't care about missing the world get unfucked if I have a girl who loves me and supports me.

Supposing they're mutually exclusive for some fucked up reason, monster girls. They'd help fix some shit in time. I'd rather a decent world with monster girls than a good one without them. A good world without monster girls isn't a good world for me.

Here's the thing, let's say if you solve all of the world's problems? Would the powers that be allow you to execute your solutions? There are people who want to keep things shit so they can stay in top. Better to bring in monster girls, that will force the changes, we just have to steer them in the right direction.
