So we've had threads before about how much "Monster" a monster girl can have before she becomes untenable and four times out of five they turn into shitpost central but I want another thread on how little "Monster" she can be before she becomes just a "Girl".
Is a nonhuman anatomy necessary to be a monster girl? Would supernatural powers or traits (e.g "selling her soul") be enough to qualify? If having magic is enough, would she need powers beyond what a human can have in her setting, or would any magic at all count? Would Magical Girls and Superheroines count as Monster Girls? Discuss.

Don't get me wrong. I know Leanan Sidhe is a entry in MGE and already know about it beforehand. I wasn't too sure on 'vampire-like fairy' in Ancient Magus Bride being a Leanan Sidhe seeing as it's been a while since I last read it.
