To be fair, because of how pervasive democracy is right now, anyone proposing an alternative to it has to be anti-democracy by necessity. Further, in order for anyone to think that monarchy (or indeed any alternative form of government) is good, they have to first be convinced that democracy is bad, or lacking. Because of that line of progression, anyone pro-monarchy by necessity has to be anti-democracy first.

Although I will agree that the "STOP THINKING LIKE REPUBLICANS" poster gets annoying after a while.

Monarchy has existed long before democracy. It's not particularly anti-democracy in and of itself, but considering that most people here are forced to live in one democratic shithole or another, they are naturally going to be fairly pissed about it.
