Most people like to sit around and vote. If providential power flew into our arms, and we found victory, I wouldn't have an excuse. But the chances are that us autists won't receive this power. Just hope for the best, and fight to defend what is left. I wouldn't know if anyone came from a military background and a coup could get going. I don't know if there are enough men to push into a militia to make enough strength to try might as right. But anything can frankly happen, OP. Sometimes you need to just wait for it.

You can start by stockpiling as much arms as your national gun laws allow and go hunting or sports shooting to hone your skills. If your country doesn't have conscription, you can try volunteering in your national military as long as it doesn't send its own troops to fight for Israel. You can gain valuable military skills and even network with pro-monarchy sympathizers and redpill right-leaning comrades within the hierarchy. The Restoration is a long game, but it rewards those willing to prepare for it.

Because I wouldn't be up against a bunch of trust fund babies LARPing as soldiers and their handlers that aren't paid enough to die, I'd be up against a modern European army that's largely brainwashed to believe in muh democracy.

People in my country view monarchy also generally as something beneficial because they associate it with comfier times. If a monarchist militia were to bring chaos, it would just unite them against the idea.
