anarcho-monarchism is the support for anarchism as a gateway to monarchism. how it will work is roughly this, given no government or order at all, a natural structure will form between individuals and will eventually form a hierarchy of control and a government, naturally there will be one or a few people at the top of this hierarchy and these people will become the rulers/monarch

thoughts?

As a general rule, I don't support anarchy. End of story. God anoints a hierarchy of men on Earth of whom the highest is the King, whose rule is absolute. The government should be ordered and structured, and certainly not nonexistent.

But I'll admit I've never heard anarcho-monarchism presented like this. Do you mean it more like a kind of accelerationism? In that the current system has to burn down and be replaced with a Dark Ages-esque feudal anarchy in order to get back the absolute monarchs we once had?

JRR Tolkien coined the term. Perhaps it should have something different since anarchy does make me think of things like Antifa rather than Monarchy but I like the sound of it and the way Tolkien explains it. Tolkien influenced my religious beliefs.

Catholic.

Spent a while reading CS Lewis and almost become Anglican but liked the things Tolkien said about the eucharist.

I live in Britain and want something local so can go to church easily

I think sedevacantists and similar are silly, because it would be far more useful and productive to fight inside the Church to preserve it from the modernist tendencies than just break up and close yourself in your little insular denomination nobody is ever going to care about

As a consequence, the only schismatic denomination i have some respect for are lefebvrians, because their excommunication and separation from the Church was not directly wanted, although with time they too developed their wing of blind extremists who are closed to any reconciliation
