Can anyone explain why anti-MDE shitters asserted that World Peace was a ripoff off of Wonder Showzen? The only thing they had in common with that show and the use of children was the Jews Rock skit. Unless I'm missing something about Wonder Showzen but as far as visible influence goes it's very low as a source.

Sam is somewhat influenced by Wonder Showzen. For his MDE pilot he describes it as "Comedy show from 2009… like Tim and Eric, Wonder Showzen, TV Sheriff, Everything is Terrible, etc." It's a weak criticism for sure.
