Why do they make these sort of threads writing them as if anyone will actually find them or if they'll actually get on the front page? And even if they did, who would actually care to listen to them?

People do find it funny, and that's why they upvote it. Yes, it won't hit the front page, it's a circle jerk of correct, but unpopular views. I think you knew the answer to this question before you asked it.
