I saw Baldander's profile pic on a site somewhere (maybe it was twitter?) and it was some bald dude. I’ve no reason to believe the pic was of someone else; I just assumed maybe it was an old friend of Charls’ or something which would explain the strict rules about him

how much has he donated? I'll donate more and we can see if the rules change lol

Ya, it's a big rule, and once Chuck even said it out loud in the stream. I can't quite remember why, but it felt sketchy to hear, like I think I read Baldander's saying the same thing in the chat and then Charls repeated it. Maybe he runs the email thing, or maybe he's even a legit Chuck staff member

it's… not…. I mean…. no, you guys are right, it is a pretty bad chat. I joined just a few weeks ago, and the people there can be super cliquey and intolerant of different opinions even totally unrelated to Charls. There's this mood in the chat like Charls is always watching, and people just can't seem to relax. Everyone is hyper aware when he is online, and they post a lot of shit really quickly looking for his attention/approval, even tho he hasn't posted in the chat in many many months (besides once in the update channel about one of his streams airing).

He saw it, he definitely saw it because you could hear the notification through his mic and him looking over to what I guess was a second monitor for watching the chat; he did this for both instances and had been thanking people for every donation previous. So ya he definitely did see it.
He just ignored this guy and people were going insane. Some were continuing the joke by making sexual comments (not sure if they were kicked), some were just laughing about it. One person was like, “it’s the bit donation with the commentary that disturbs me” lol
