Sam and Charls said in the video multiple dickes and in the description that it can't be anything dangerous or illegal.

Probably true to an extent. If someone were to hack a popular youtube channel and change all of their videos names to "WATCH MILLION DOLLAR EXTREME PRESENTS WORLD PEACE", that person would be disavowed and not get the money. But realistically it would be a good thing since it wasn't that big of a deal and it got some extra viewers. Now if someone were to make a livestream of themselves saying "Million Dollar Extreme Presents World Peace", and then charge Hillary's podium at a rally—that might be considered a political act of terrorism, and [adultswim] would actually get salty enough to pull the show because of it.
The point I'm trying to make is this: [adultswim] can and will pull the show off the air if people start doing real dangerously illegal shit. I don't think a small amount of illegal shit would hurt, but let's not ruin MDE's first (and maybe only) chance to reach a huge audience via network television.
