農委會表示，今年8月疫情爆發以來，非洲豬瘟疫情嚴重擴散，這期間有3件被驗出病毒，現在又新增2例，已有5例，這次是台灣旅客從重慶帶回臘腸，大陸旅客帶回哈爾濱紅腸，為讓全民都知道病毒對台灣嚴重性，今天中午將對所有國民發送防疫訊息。

史上最重！明起帶肉入境初犯罰20萬、再犯重罰100萬
非洲豬瘟疫情持續在中國延燒，國內防疫單位繃緊神經不敢鬆懈。農委會周一(12/17)下
午召開記者會，宣布從明天(12/18)零時起，自3年內發生非洲豬瘟國家地區，攜帶豬肉產
品未主動申報遭查獲者，第一次罰鍰將由5萬元提高至20萬元，第二次之後再違規者即開
罰100萬元。提醒民眾務必留意，切勿違規。
農委會為防範非洲豬瘟病毒，12月14起已加強裁罰，3天抓到41件偷帶肉品，半數都是開
罰最高金額5萬元，顯然民眾還是罰不怕，今天緊急宣布提高罰則。

中國牛肉恐有豬瘟病毒 商家買瘟疫區豬肉加工成假牛肉賣
據《紫陽縣市場監督管理局》指出，12月16日上午10點，中國陝西紫陽縣市場監督管理局，接到舉報稱有一夥湖北人在紫陽售賣低價牛肉，懷疑是假牛肉。經過調查發現，該夥人所售賣的低價牛肉是用豬肉製作而成，且來源途徑為非洲豬瘟疫區湖北省。
據不法商販彭某平交代，其與不法商販彭某真、彭某志三人在湖北當地農貿市場購得300斤(約150公斤)豬肉並進行加工，改造成假牛肉，後在紫陽縣城以18-30人民幣(約80到134新台幣)每斤的價格進行販賣，截至被查獲時，共售賣假牛肉200餘斤。
在調查過程中，不法商販彭某真、彭某志藉故逃脫。紫陽縣市場監管局已聯繫部分消費者將購買的假牛肉追回，並向不法商販追回部分非法所得。目前案件仍在進一步辦理中。
