Given that their industrial capacity was limited to the point of completely shutting down civilian automobile manufacture by 1940 due to the Chink-Nip war, their lack of sophisticated radar and other technological disadvantages against their western counterparts falling for the low speed turning meme then incurring losses to the point their factories could barely meet production demands let alone develop new aircraft, having searchlights instead of radar on their earliest night fighters, paper tanks, limited manpower and radio communications cracked wide open by the allies all the time yet in spite of all that even two nukes weren't enough to force them into surrender it was the Soviets invading Manchuria&Korea.
