Does anyone know where to get good CQC handgun training that isn't an instagram-tier cringefest like pic related? Or just good self defense training in general. Bonus points for training in the Metro Manila area.

You want my advice flip, listen to fairbairn and applegate. Some of their stuff is a bit "out of date" but it still works. They break it down super simple and you can learn on your own. They have books too, if you like to read. Check them out.

It's the pose of someone who's never been in a fight and is selling snake oil training to hombres who don't know any better. Krav-fags are the worst, instructors and students both.

I know the basics of shooting from retention, protecting against gun grabs etc. but you know what they say, there's nothing like actually going out and getting trained by a decent instructor.

I will never understand why there are still arguments over what is or isn't the shit for H2H. UFC and cage fighting has been around long enough for us to know what does and doesn't work! BJJ or judo for grappling, boxing or muay thai for stand up/striking.
