Let me just put on my black belt before I make this post.

Only the smart fighters come out on top. These guys may have large upper bodies, but you have to be very aware of space and angles that are created when someone opens themselves up to attack. You can simplify your unarmed combat arsenal to striking, throwing, breaking, and asphyxiating. Not only is it required to be skilled in at least one of these for you to be dangerous, but these tools are extremely perishable if they aren't as sharp as your mind. It's much harder to maintain a lethal understanding of unarmed combat than it is to grasp it.

Aside from that you need exercise. One of the main problems with these beefed up brawlers is that they gas out easily because they're cardio is shit and that is because all they've been told is to lift weights and run on tread mills. Your knuckles are extremely sensitive, so why the fuck would you lead to box if your upper half is conditioned better to just monkey grip shit until it's dead? Because they're stupid fighters who only fight for money and fame and not because they appreciate martial arts at all. Be deliberate in how you condition yourself. Your body shouldn't look like someone took a the torso off HE-MAN and put it on Cheetara.

Basically all you actually need to learn to turn your body into a weapon is how to be good at at least one of those four disciplines and to strengthen your body. Don't get caught up in style wars because they all have something to give provided you can take whats good and discard the rest.

Even with no weapons in your possession you should try to find one in the environment. Any hard object will do, because your fists are made of meat, bonus if you can throw the object. If you're in a perfectly object-less room, slam your opponent against the walls, especially his noggin. Only if you're in some kind of flexible cage, fighting on a soft mat, does pure fist to fist fighting and wrestling become necessary. In this case spit in his eyes, smash your forehead in his nose, bite his cheeks off.

There is no combat discipline in the world that teaches you how to kill someone better than a few hundred brawls do, although fairbairn and sambo come close.

Kimbo Slice is a faggot who literally grew padding on his jaw so people wouldn't break it. I'm glad he got BTFO, and watching his friends rushing in to protect him each time made it so much better.

Target

1 Conscience

2 Vision

3 Breathing

4 Mobility

All the pressure points and complicated step by step fight sequences you keep hearing about from gook martial arts will be quickly forgotten during the stress of fighting. Keep it simple stupid.

They both were gassed by the end, and some grappling from either one would have ended the fight much sooner. Learn grappling and striking, and make sure to run a lot if you want a chance in a fight against one unarmed opponent. But once you're up against more than one guy, or they have a knife, you're better off running or pulling a gun.
