179343 No.573387

Had a thought:

>Congress wants to ban bump stocks

>Trump says ok, in exchange for funding the wall, but all bump stocks currently in existence get grandfathered and registered as machine guns, with no need to pay the $200 tax stamp

>Congress kikes rub hands greedily at the thought of banning bump stocks and agree

>Trump does a repeat of the 1968 machine gun amnesty, via executive order, allowing anyone and everyone to register a machine gun legally, regardless of when it was made

>people start registering their AR's as machine guns by the millions

>Congress kikes shit themselves as millions of cheap machine guns suddenly flood the registry

>Trump says the executive order will stay active as long as he's in office, and the ATF must accept all applications to amnesty a machine gun that are sent in prior to the order being canceled by the next president

>ATF cries about all the paperwork; kikes smugly say that there's no way to process all the amnesty forms thanks to the massive backlog, thinking that will stop the surge in legal machine guns

>"No problem," says Trump, "we'll just remove suppressors, SBR's, and SBS' from the NFA registry so the ATF has less paperwork to process and can focus on all those machine guns"

>Jews screech in autistic rage

>Hickock45 shows off his new full-auto POF MP5, Demolition Ranch duel-wields full-auto 10mm Glocks, and full-auto conversion kits fly off the shelves as manufacturers rush to meet demand

Best timeline ever?

I would allow people to trade their bump stock for a post 86 MG stamp of their choice, not rule them as MGs,but ban new production.

Nobody would hang on to their bump stocks because they would be worth their weight in gold.

crazy individuals would sell their bump stock for 5-10,000 dollars.

What we actually need to do is push for an NFA repeal. We need a group of us to push for owning recreational nukes and tanks, and being such an extreme outlier, we'll have others push for a reasonable compromise. We'll have the nuke group pretend to be mildly appealed but still want their nukes, while tank anons keep calling for common sense, reasonable compromise. "You shouldn't own a nuke, that's crazy, but some as simple as a self propelled gun, like the StuG III, would be far more reasonable and have a multitude of uses". Repeat until satisfied.

You would only have to register the main gun. The armored vehicle itself doesn't have any special regulation attached. If you were okay with not having the artillery option the BATFE wouldn't have a thing to do with your new armored daily driver.

b80129 No.573715

The treads are an issue in most municipalities, because metal ones tear up the roads and God forbid they have to actually fix some fucking potholes for once but I don't think the EPA actually gives a shit about emissions when it comes to private sales between citizens. Newly manufactured civilian tanks would certainly have a lot of hoops to jump through, but if you can find a used tank you can afford, stick corks in all the guns and put rubber treads on it, you should be good to go.

For one, that’s under the assumption Trump hasn’t been compromised. We’re talking about the guy who still hasn’t got any pro-fun bill signed in his current presidency. He has had plenty of opportunities to, get he never took it. Second, this is a bad idea even if he does go through with it because he allows the enemy to control the battlefield. >>573425 is a far better strategy because it leaves full control to /ourguys/ and has no way of getting comped because it’s so extreme and so far from any politician or lobby, no (((one))) will want to touch it and thus the group won’t be able to compromise. If the enemy controls the battlefield, they control you. So if anyone wants to beat the enemy, they must regain control of the battlefield or find a new one to fight in. Diving deeper in will only fuck the patriots more.

I think that counts … as a destructive device. Call me a fudd if I'm wrong, but I thought I'd heard vehicle-mounted firearms regardless of size were outlawed at the federal level and pretty seriously too.

I can't find anything about federal legislation to that effect. Commiefornia and some other states have laws prohibiting discharge of firearms from a vehicle but nothing that I can see about mounts.

2109a7 No.574100

>>574096

There is no federal ban on mounting weapons to your vehicles. State laws prohibiting discharge from a vehicle are your only obstacle to vehicle mounted turrets. If it's a castle doctrine state, you're practically all-clear to put a gun on your motorbike's sidecar.

>>Industrial Revolution happens in the 1100's

The Industrial Revolution was just as much a product of population density, and by extension population needs, as it was technology. If the ancient solution of "throw more slaves at the problem until it goes away" still works, they'd have little reason for switching.

Look at what happened to national reciprocity.

>reasonable pro-gun legislation that's about as benign as it could get

>not good enough, we need to attach a poison pill (Fix NICS)

>republicrats love the poison pill so much that they decide to make it its own bill separate from the pro-gun one

>Parkland happens

>on top of the other blatant 2nd amendment infringements, President Faggot comes out in support of the Fix NICS bill

>specifies the "more narrow one" aka the poison pill without the rest of the pro-gun bill which we fought so hard for in the first place

>Fix NICS gets passed and national reciprocity is left to die

Do you really think the republicrats are going to let the goyim have big bad scary machine guns when they won't even give us national reciprocity? Trump isn't going to do shit for us, if you want NFA/Hughes amendment repeal then you need to be fighting for outright NFA/Hughes amendment repeal, nothing less. Deals and (((compromises))) will always result in us getting the short end of the stick.
