Cree rechargeable flashlight
>Pros
Cheap flashlight (compared to other higher-end ones that run around $60 instead.
12 hour charge time on a computer or device like that, but charges much faster if you plug it into a wall outlet or USB-wall outlet adapter.
3 lighting modes. First is very bright, good for outdoors. Second is dimmer, good for indoors. Third is rapid flash, good for alert signals or giving an enemy a seizure.
"Zoomable" light focus adjustment to adjust for lighting up a near/wide or far/narrow area.
You can take off the lens on the zoom cap easily for extra-wide near lighting focus, like lighting up a whole tent while hanging from the center o the roof.
<Cons
Rarely in stock at the place I got it, unsure on other locations.
Internal battery may lose charge capacity eventually and maintenance is probably "buy a new one".
If it's on for "too long"(on for hours), it will temporarily dim all three light modes.
Made in china.
Documentation is light. (Only relevant to charging.) You have to assume the power button turning green means it's fully charged, which is a logical assumption.
