If you can't purchase a firearm, buying a lower will get treated as trying to build a firearm. If it's a matter of you specifically can't own a firearm, then purchase it in a private deal with friends or pay someone to buy the lower receiver and other parts for you. Unless you can purchase your lower receiver with cash or bitcoin, and there's no paperwork that needs to be filled out, you're probably being tracked by the ATF the moment you went on the 80% lower website, let alone when you hit "submit order."
So yeah, if you can get someone else to purchase the parts, or you have a CNC machine and have someone else download the files, you can probably get yourself a gun. If you try doing it yourself you'll have the ATF on your doorstep, and if you post about it on social media, you might as well shoot yourself in the foot for the next ten years of ass raping you'll be experiencing. Just as there is nothing stopping you from building a goat piss IED in your shed, there is nothing stopping you from building a gun. Just understand if you make others aware that you own the gun, or in fact use the gun and get caught (even if in self defense), you WILL be treated as a criminal accordingly and you won't get off lightly. Now personally, theoretically, 10 years in prison is better than a bullet to the head, but at that point if I'm gonna violate the law anyways to protect myself, I'd invest in ceramic/3D printed handguns, or miniature pipe shotguns. If it's for good old fun, just make sure to have a cool, dark place to store it where it will never see the light of day if the ATF were to ever bust in your front door and search your property.
