If Belgium was really neutral, then in the tradition of european warfare they should have let the fighting armies pass through their land, only if one would occupy Belgium would it be justified to call it an attack.

Yet the Belgians took up weapons against the German Army passing through and the UK supported them, showing that they never had the intention of remaining neutral.

This is also proven by the existance of the secret treaty of the UK annd the Russian Empire against Germany.

In a way the Schlieffenplan was an amazing political maneuver to show the true colors of the British Empire. If the German Empire just fought the French at the German/French Border, it would have turned into a quagmire for both sides, with Britain and Belgium sitting unharmed at the sidelines and picking a winner once both sides were weakened enough.

By moving through Belgium, they could discern if Belgium planned to become a bridgehead for the British to attack Germany and if the British planned to make their alliance with the Russians against Germany a reality.

And if Britain wanted to make war on Germany then it was more beneficial to fight the British from the beginning, instead of wating to be attack by Britain after they have fought off the French and Russians.

Also regardless of what happened in Europe the USA would have intervened regardless, because the US leadership at the time was full on manifest destiny and for the USA to gain colonies, they needed to weaken and destroy the European Empires. They are the main reason why the Treaty of Versailles ended up as the shit show it was, as preventing the powerstruggle from being solved was in their interest.

If Hitler hadn't decided to Anschluss all over everything he could get his hands on then Operation Barbarosa would probably have involved British, French, and American soldiers marching alongside the Wehrmacht - or at the very least providing Germany with supplies and logistical support (which could have very easily tipped the balance with just a few trucks and some air-frieght).

The Western Economic Center is the famous Ruhr valley in North Rhine-Westphalia and after WW1 is was occopied by the French until Hitler kicked them out in 1936.

The Eastern Economic Center was the Upper Silesian Industrial Region and Posen and because the Entente couldn't occupy it, they created Poland and additionaly gave it the Prussian Farmland that was Germany's granary.

How the fuck can you be so stupid to belief that Britan wanted a strong Germany, when they are behind the creation of an entire puppetstate to hurt Germany economically and starve its population and then declared war on Germany after it tried to regain its national unity and economic stability?
