Museum conservation anon here
If you're gonna print out your porn forever, and I mean really forever, there's a few things you should know.
>modern paper is acidic as shit. That stuff will be crinkly and powdery in 20 years, absolutely useless as as storage medium
>print your porn on cotton-based paper- it has the longest strands of cellulose and is thus much more resistant to folds and tearing. Make sure the paper has a PH above 7, somewhere around 9-10 is good. If you can get it buffered to neutralize acids, get it to be at least 3% buffering matrial by vplume, that shut will delay acid damage by at least a century
>Modern ink is acidic as shit, use traditional lamp black or India ink. It's much more chemically stable. Unfortunately this limits you to black and white, but at least the ink won't fade like colours wood
>don't use staples or paper clips. Those metals will inevitably degrade and ruin the paper
>for the love of god don't ever store your porn in cardboard. Even 'archival' cardboard is loaded with acids and sulphur that will ruin even the nicest paper
>encase each sheet in museum-quality mylar, not airtight. It lets you handle them without skin contact, and helps a lot.
>Keep them in chemically stabilized metal or plastic boxes with silica packets inside set to keep the interior relative humidity of the box close to about 25%, that will maximize the lifetime of the paper
>store your porn somewhere cool where the temperature won't change much. Temperature fluctuations are even worse than non-ideal temperatures. You're aiming for as close to freImg as possible without actually going below freezing, cause that damages the paper fibers.
>DO NOT READ YOUR PORN OUTSIDE OR LEAVE IT IN ANY KIND OF LIGHT. Even light with low to no UV can still accelerate chemical damage to paper.
If you can do all this, your porn should be legible for the next 200-300 years minimum. Hope that helps OP.
