You can take a 1" foot long and 2" foot or two foot long steel pipe and attach them with a connector piece/end caps. Then you just fill the 2" side with increasingly smaller pipes to add weight to it. Boom, instant cardio exercise tool that'll put on a little core mass if you're a hungry skeleton, and it's heavy/sturdy enough to bash a nigger's skull in.
