I have a practical tip for you /jp/! If you have a problem with shitting, you should try squatting, which in case of a normal toilet can be achieved either through through putting your legs either on a small chair(assuming you have one) or on the toilet desk. This makes pooping easier as humans were evolved to defecate like that: this position straightens your rectum and relaxes your muscles, letting the poop get out easier. Also pooping in such position is more healthy than in case of 90 degree shitting, as you are less likely to develop colon cancer!

what if I spread toilet paper on the floor and poop on that and then throw it in the toilet?

People always look at me funny when I tell them that. But when you think about it, it really is natural.

Think of the poo that may seep through. You don't want that on the floor.
Think of the amount of toilet paper you'd need to prevent that. You don't want that potentially clogging your shitter.
Shit's kind of nasty.

Do not stand on the toilet. It is unbalanced and likely to break doing that.

It shouldn't break if you sit like that.

It shouldn't break even if you lift yourself entirely onto your feet placed on the sides. American Standard toilets can hold a standard American.
The danger of that is not breaking the toilet, but rather yourself slipping off, or worse, in.
Just lifting your legs up while sitting normally like >>31576 shows should be absolutely fine.
