What the hell bro…? For reverts yeah. For weak muslims from muslim countries that move to west for $ - I hope not. But almost no muslims eat it on purpose. And it'd be nearly impossible to find it in most of the muslim countries.

No, it happens. You can't assume that everyone's perfect, never sins, and never strays. I've met Muslims with secret liquor stashes. I once met an Imam who admitted to looking at porn on the internet. These are things that just happens.

Just because someone is Muslim doesn't mean they perfectly follow every little rule all of the time. We're human. The imperfect result of a perfect creation. We all struggle with things to overcome and sometimes we lose to temptation. It's why we need our brothers to help us and to correct us, but not judge us.

I was vegan for 13 years when I was a practicing Buddhist. Now I'm vegetarian, finding no problem with dairy, etc. But it's not something I enforce in others. If people want to eat meat, so be it. If they don't, so be it. It really doesn't matter and it's a personal choice.

We have big problems with all kinds of sins but pork is very low on the list. If you've had the opportunity to visit muslim countries I assure you that you've met many many muslims that haven't eaten pork and couldn't even if they wanted to.

We eat way too much meat in general and veganism is fine, but it can't be for moral reasons because then your morality is trumping Rasoolullah's.

One option is to be against factory farming which is arguably un-Islamic.

Anyway, Dr. Ghilan is a muslim vegan that explains all this… he eats meat on Eids and if someone offers him - that's it.

That's the biggest factor that keeps me vegetarian. Processed meats from mistreated animals. It's virtually impossible to find halal family farms where I live, so I just avoid meat altogether.

The reason is motivation. Pork is a sin only done to spite Allah swt. There is no urge or allure like zina, sariqa, or khamr. You are going out of your way to sin if you consciously eat pork. Eating pork isn't like having a woman, getting wealth, or euphoria. It's just idiot-tier. And watching porn is bad but minor sin, pork is major - Allah swt mention it directly!
