We don't know anything about him, really. Can't claim he's a Christian until we have evidence. Also, can't call him a terrorist yet either. Terrorism is specifically defined as being politically motivated and we don't know Paddock's motivations.

So he was screaming "Marx is great" or "black lives matter"?

Somehow you have internalized a double standard that shields Christians from the criteria they apply to other groups: The No True Christian fallacy. When Christians counted their two billion followers on Sunday it was 2 billion. It wasn't 2 billion minus 1 until the day after the shooting.

No one said anything about piety level, the fact is the guy is at the very least a cultural christian of christian heritage. The overwhelming majority of christians are indistinguishable from this guy before he snapped. They like to gamble, drink, date women from other christian cultures. That's just what christians do.

And yes this thread was tongue in cheek but now I'm concerned by how christians have bent the minds of some people here. I don't expect to see these reflexive, really bad, 3-in-1 Body Wash-tier arguments made here.

Frankly, I don't know his politics or religion and I'm not going to speculate at this point. We know he had a LOT of guns and that he planned this event. Otherwise, it's all just speculation based on rumor and grainy earlobe photos.
