Greetings. I'm interested on learning about Islamic Jurisprudence (at least an introductory glimpse of it)

I've seen a lot of resources and videos, but I feel disorientated. Where should do I begin to research? Thanks in advance.

Also, just like /jp/ and /a/ have threads about Japanese learning. Did you consider to create Arabic (either Classical or Modern Standard Arabic) Learning threads here in /islam/?

You begin learning about fiqh by reading Quran. If you haven't read Quran, then anything else will make no sense to you at all. It would be like trying to learn algebra when you can't yet add.

Arabic learning threads would be a fun addition to the board.

I agree in theory. But it's the reality of our world and age. There are passive ways to learn, like switching to arabic tv. But besides that and youtube you're gonna pay. I took lessons at my mosque and still had to buy the books - no tuition though.

The more intensive modes to learn like college classes, bayyinah dream, or going to arabic country are even more expensive.
