8chan has been acting really strange lately. Some threads are even going to 404 even though they actually exist. /sudo/ has no answers.

That's because Alacrity crashed. Whenever the thread 404s, but it's still in the catalog, a node crashed.
To fix it, ask a volunteer to post on it.
