If you would start a new Muslim Caliphate judged by all Muslims in the world, where will its capital be, how will its government work and what fiqh is it going to follow? + how big is its borders and how is going to be ots diplomacy to the world?

Fantasize or give convincing arguments/opinions if you like im this thread.

Note that this thread is only about The caliphates, government, and relations etc.

I'd place its capital in Algeria or at Sarajevo. It's creed would be Maliki school of thought, it's borders would extend over all muslim majority countries, Morocco to East Turkestan in China.

North Africa in general seems like it would be a good spot to base a caliphate in, mainly since it seems to be such a stronghold of sufism, which is the essential support of islamic orthodoxy

Why would it be haram? If followed properly it's basically someone who spends all his time perfecting his deen, combatting inner forms of shirk, and performing dhkir. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Khilafah constantly expanding, capital should be obviously mecca or medinah, but if that wasn't the case, Sana'a should be the capital. It should start in Yemen and expand to the Levant, Africa, Andalus and to the east all the way to Indonesia. Then from there, the world
