Anyways, the first day after prayer, my younger brother and I ask our parents for forgiveness and then we head to meet the extended family in my dad's hometown and then went back later that night.

Second day, it's our mother's hometown and her extended family. Back home on the third day of Eid. Now? Home after a grueling day of cleaning up the house yesterday, the activity that I least adore. We should've done this on the last week of Ramadhan but my folks only got the day off on the Saturday before Eid so we can't do much.

It's not unexpected. They've had nearly 9 full threads about Islam on their board. Nobody talks about something that much unless it scares them. It makes sense that they'd come here to get a sense of who Muslims are and how we act and what we believe.
