Muhammad said "they are of them" more than 3 times when children were killed.
It is narrated by Sa'b b. Jaththama that he said (to the Holy Prophet)" Messenger of Allah, we kill the children of the polytheists during the night raids". He said: "They are from them".
Sahih Muslim 19:4322
There is also not proof whatsoever that the indicates that the apostasy hadith only existed because they were at a risk of getting backstabbed by the apostates.
And unless you are a Shi'i, the hadith are very clear about the age Prophet Muhammad was supposed to have had sex with Aisha.
'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) married her when she was seven years old, and he was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her; and when he (the Holy Prophet) died she was eighteen years old.
