Should we consider them Muslims, how come when people think of Islam no one mentions Central Asia. Are they literal who's?

If they're Muslim, then they're Muslim. It's not really up to us to decide. When non-Muslims think of Islam, they think of Saudi Arabia and little else. There's also the misconception that Afghanistan is Middle East.

The culprit is not understanding geography more so than not knowing the Islamic world.

Those countries have quite small populations. Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia have approx the same number of residents (30mil). The others are relatively miniscule. And those countries are in the Soviet/Russian orbit so people in the west are just not familiar with them.
