All IDs in older threads will appear to be a "samefag" due to the 8ch hack. They weren't the same ID before the hack. I mentioned this in >>20591

Basically any thread that has posts prior to 5/1 will appear to be done by the same person. The QTDDTOT thread is the most obvious case of this problem.
