Can't help you much on mosque locations but food wise, just start by removing pork and alcohol from your diet and work your way from there. If it's difficult to find halal food, just pretend you're a vegetarian but are still consuming eggs, milk, cheese and fish.

Lashing out is a child's tactic used when they don't get their way.
