Never got the cult vibe, generally everyone is pretty nice and will talk to me every now and then. The thing to remember is that there are emotional predators in every community and you have to try your best not to fall for them. I think that Alice's group is a little less insular and elitist than it once was and that's why I had a different experience. Although, recently talking to Alice has been quite the chore.

aa6b99 No.1438

If tsuchi turned a new leaf I'd be surprised and probably speak to him a little. I had a feeling that Smiles was still the same old Smiles but her facade made me apprehensive. Generally when people say they found god (on the internet at least) there's usually something nefarious behind the mask. Though honestly, by the end I was actually getting the feeling that she changed and that she wouldn't text me while I'm working and then pretend nothing happened afterwards. aa6b99 No.1446

She's not a sociopath. Just misguided and has a tendency to do horrible things without thinking through the consequences. People that have mentally ill parents generally tend to be very insecure and either latch on or lash out at people. She was the type that latched on to people but when they got too close she lashed out because she had no clue on how to deal with that. I doubt she'll come by again. She'll probably just move to a different internet community and repeat the cycle or she'll realize her faults and try to have a emotionally stable relationship with a man. Although, the prior will probably happen. If she does come by the threads, its going to be under another alias or she'll probably come by with the same name and people will lash out and others will probably be cool. Who knows though.
