I'm not that guy, but I've had several real-life scenes with different hypnodommes. There are basically two ways to find it:
1. Go to kink events, especially related to hypnosis. If you're not sure how to do that, make an account on FetLife and find some local munches. Attend a few munches and try to make friends in the local scene. You'll eventually get invited to kink events and private parties. Those people like to have fun, so you'll probably be able to find a play partner.
2. Date an open-minded person and eventually test the waters. If you're watching a TV show together and a character is hypnotized, you have an opportunity. "Have you ever been hypnotized? It's different than TV." Most people become curious about the topic. They usually get really interested if you tell them it's possible to bring somebody to orgasm without touching. If things go really well, you could suggest trying a couples file that gives her some control. Hopefully she finds it hot.
If you're really into hypnosis, I recommend doing both of those strategies. Ideally you find somebody to date in the kink scene and then the conversation about femdom hypnosis is much easier. The whole thing is much more enjoyable with an actual partner than just a one-off scene.
