>Why are you so against cleaning files? You don't like them or just feel like they're ineffective?
I am not the person you have been conversing with. However I was trained as a psychologist so this is a question I feel obligated to answer.
Almost all cleaning files are absolutely harmful for you at worst and ineffective at best. In fact the only ones that are effective, and non-harmful, usually are not even labeled as cleaning files.
Here is a rundown on the types of cleaning files and what effects they actually have on your thinking patterns.
Binaural beats cleaners: 100% ineffective, but 100% non-harmful unless you count wasting time as harmful.
Cleanser files that unlock a curse file but do not try to remove the programming itself: Out of all the various cleaning files actually labeled as such this is the least harmful while possibly being somewhat effective. The downside is that it does absolutely nothing to change the behavior patterns that had you listening to the "bad" files in the first place. Because of that it doesn't really solve the underlying problem.
"Forget" cleaning files: These files tell the listener to simply forget whatever bad programming they no longer desire. The first problem is that the human brain doesn't work this way. The second problem is that it can really slow down your brain's ability to think even worse than the IQ dropper files. Think of it like this analogy… You are driving along and are coming up to an intersection. Your original normal path has you take a right turn. You listened to hypnosis that added an impulse to turn left instead. Next you listened to hypnosis that tried to make you forget to turn left. So, here you are coming to the intersection. Your initial impulse is to turn right so you get in the right hand lane. 'Wait I need to go left.' "Huh? Why would I want to go left? I always go right here… don't I…? Why would I think I wanted to go left..? I can't remember why I would want to go left but I must have had a reason, right…?" At best you eventually do turn right but it is much slower than any normal person would take that turn. At worst you stay crash at the intersection because of the conflicting impulses and not even knowing why you had those conflicts in the first place.
"Opposite" cleaning files: These are the absolute worst thing you could do to your brain - well besides getting your brain reprogrammed in a bad way in the first place. For example this would be someone who got feminization / sissification / submissive programming stuck in their head. Then they went and listened to programming that puts Alpha male / aggressive jock / dominance programming hoping to fix the problem. BAD CALL! At best you run into the same issue as the "forget" files of conflicting thought slowing everything down. At worst? You can turn yourself into someone with multiple personalities aka Dissociative Identity Disorder. If this happens you will wind up with at least two personalities, possibly more, and they will be in open conflict with each other and actively trying to sabotage each other. This can result in each personality going to extremes to exert their control of your body such as becoming too sexually open and getting into dangerous situations or risking your health, harmful surgeries, proving dominance by kidnapping and raping other people, and possible suicidal tendencies. DO NOT TRY THIS PEOPLE!
Motivational files to stop listening to hypnosis files: The only actually non-harmful cleansers in this list and may actually be effective as well. If you absolutely have to find an outside source to help you breakaway from listening to bad programming files then this is the only things from the entire list that I would actually be willing to endorse. It is like cold turkey, but helps give you the strength and willpower to actually follow through. My only concern here is that you may become addicted to 'needing' these files to be motivated for anything. Essentially making your willpower less / weaker by default.
