I know what you mean and it's been pissing me off for some time as well. Even when dealing with not strictly findom files, with most dommes you can just feel they're just in this for your cash, not for any sort of actual commitment, training, relationship, art, whatever. I mean, I guess it is naive to expect any sort of intimacy or more personal approach from someone who publishes files for at least dozens of people at a time and my best bet would be personally meeting a quality hypnodomme(Which is as likely as a miracle), but it still makes me mad.

My dude, let me tell you, your expectations are indeed incredibly naiive. Here's why: First, what you said about dozens of people is true. Nay, hundreds of people, if the domme is really good, will flock to this individual professional. So they can't give each person a commitment or anything really personal just by volume. Also remember that while some do this for fun for others it is their profession. As in their job and livelihood. To them you are a customer. Now, you can get close to your customers but they wont be more than a piece of your job. Also, if this is their job they absolutely have the right to ask for money and try to make as much as they can. Barring underhanded trickery that is. As long as a file is clearly labelled for Findom, its fair game. That doesnt mean they dont care, just like any professional film maker cares about their craft. But its still their job and they still need to pay the rent at the end of the month.

As for OP's post there are tons of non-findom stuff out there, my other dude, by good tists. I will make a list.

I agree with the fact that expecting a deep personal connection with everyone who buys their files is ridiculous idea. But many dommes, even otherwise very good ones, include themes centered around that idea of personal connections in their files. Just for example including triggers that'll activate when you are on chat/messanger with them. This implies at least certain amount of attention directed at the listener. And some files go even further, especially the ones that center around addiction and obsession.

This creates a divide between what can be reasonably expected given the business model and the fact that successful tist can have a hundred plus "followers" and what the files imply. The schtick of "I will control your life" does not fit with what can reasonably be expected from an online file provider.

Therefore hypnotists who, like D4ark Fr3ya, actually adopt honest stance are at least more consistant in what they offer. You know what you are in and there's no implication of something more than is actualy reasonable.

1) they didnt say anything about enslavement in their post. Maybe it's subtext, but I didnt see it.

2) while they all have SOME findom files, they also have dozens of non-findom stuff. They dont PUSH it, which is what OP asked for. I know for a fact many of their files dont even hint at it.
