Hey guys, I've been coming and going with my hypno fetish, always leaving but then coming back. I find it so arousing, and there is just so much content out there you can really find something you like. You can even make your own if you get used to TTS!

However, I have a very hard time falling into trance. Then sometimes I manage, but before I know it the file is over. I try to have a bunch queued up, but many files come with inductions and it's almost like they wake me up and I have to start from scratch.

Does anyone here have similar problems? Does anyone here cut up their hypno files to remove inductions/awakeners and just start a playlist with their favorite induction? If so, what inductions do you recommend?

I edit files using Audacity, especially if they have safety messages, adverts etc at the beginning, or an awakener that I don’t want. Audacity can be used to blend tracks together ie using fade out and in, to make bigger files. With a bit of effort you can create a loop, but several tists already have released loop files now, which is helpful.

As for trancing, I don’t trance easily. Can’t remember the term but I think subjects that are more introverted can be more difficult to hypnotise and need more confusion type files, which most files out there are not. If you have a job that’s heavy in problem solving or critical analysis it can be difficult to “switch off”. I’m like that and have to spend an hour or so viewing different hyno videos just to get in a trancy type state before settling down with the file(s) I want. I put the files on an ipod so I’m not tied to a computer.

I'm very similar, I've always had trouble falling asleep because I get caught up in problems

Do you have any confusion inductions or even files you could recommend?
