do hypnos work if you remember their contents? does remembering impede them from working on further listenings? ive always had this doubt, its really really hard not to do so, like you gotta trance very deeply in order for you not to remember anything.

Hypnosis only works if you want it to, but if you expect what's coming you get much less excited about it.

I've never forgotten anything from hypnos, even when suggested. I wish there was a way to forget the contents and remember all the good feelings

yeah you do lose excitement. what i do is i have such a vast collection of files that it'd take me months to repeat one if i listen to them one by one, so i just cycle through them and typically when i listen to a new one i cant remember much because of how much time has gone by.

that said my concern stems mostly from the idea that hypnosis must work at a subconscious level and that if you know whats in a file you can just consciously reject it or else act on it but in a contrive way thats very deliberate
